I cannot emphasize enough how red light therapy has helped me heal and recovery from life’s day to day challenges. As I get older, my body does not “bounce back” as quickly as I would like. Give me 45-to 1 hour on my mat and I feel like a new person. I also have the face and neck mask as well.
